Challenge:
The cooperation with Shopsys was based on 2 elements: 1) the analysis of what needed to be improved in the sales department, and 2) assistance in the onboarding of the current Head of Marketing, Matěj Kapošváry, into the role of the Head of Sales. We then supported him in solving the ongoing challenges.
Results:
