Challenge

We have been collaborating with the Soft360 team for over two years. During our consultations, we focused on the following areas:

  • Developing the product portfolio direction for the coming years
  • Increasing the profitability of paid customer acquisition channels
  • Improving recruitment competencies.

Collaboration

After conducting an audit of customer acquisition channels in the online store and workshops to define customer personas, we worked together on improving the profitability of the online store. We implemented various minor improvements, known as Casbeg’s “tightening of the screws,” which collectively make a significant difference to the organization.

As part of our collaboration:

  • We helped coordinate the partnership with the SEM agency (focusing more on ROAS calculated from margin) and the SEO agency;
  • We developed processes within Soft360 to support new hires, created a framework to enhance recruitment processes, and trained the team to ensure smoother and more effective hiring;
  • We devised a method for gradually expanding the product portfolio, allowing the company to diversify revenue and quickly broaden its offerings;
  • We conducted a UX audit of the new store layout;
  • We successfully implemented product bundles, which by 2023 accounted for about 10% of revenue and helped increase basket value;
  • Together with the Soft360 team, we implemented marketing automation initiatives that steadily increased revenue and customer lifetime value (CLV) over time;
  • We created the concept of a blog, which is now not just an SEO tool but also a knowledge source that attracts users interested in software – within a year, traffic on the Soft360 blog grew by 4x!
